Cancellation,
Substitution and Refund Policy
If you must cancel for any reason,
we must receive written notice of cancellation by August 13,
2006. Your registration will be refunded less a $150 processing
fee. Cancellations after August 13, 2006 and No-Shows are
non-refundable. You may transfer your conference registration
to another person at any time prior to September 4, 2006 by
providing written authorization.
Cancellation or transfer requests,
in writing, must include the name, email address, company
name and other pertinent information used during registration.
For transfer, please provide the name(s),
title(s), company name(s), email address(s) and other information
of the substitute attendee(s)
The request must come from the same
email address used for the registration.
